Equity Release
Equity release is a way for homeowners over the age of 55 to release tax-free funds from their homes, without having to move. There are two types of equity release; Lifetime mortgages and Home reversion. At MWS we do not advise on home reversion plans as we believe they are an unsatisfactory product and can financially impair potential equity release users, we only advise on Lifetime Mortgages.
